We encourage members to provide sufficient detail to allow for a thorough review and response. Please note that feedback submitted anonymously may limit our ability to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
The Credit Union acknowledges that when in receipt of sensitive data, as defined by the Credit Union’s Data Protection Privacy Statement, the employee receiving the feedback will assess whether disclosure of the sensitive data is necessary for processing. Should this be the case, the Credit Union will seek consent from the member before any such disclosure.
